How do I sign in?
Open Settings inside the app and tap Sign in. We support Sign in with Apple, Google, and email magic links. Signing in syncs your gold, items, gallery uploads, and journey progress across devices.
Where is my progress saved?
If you're signed in, everything is stored in your private cloud profile and syncs across iOS and the web. If you're playing as a guest, progress is saved locally to that one device or browser.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings while signed in and tap Delete account. We permanently remove your account, gold balance, item inventory, gallery uploads, daily-leaderboard entries, and journey progress. You can also email us at support@variaplay.com if you'd prefer we handle the deletion for you.
Why are some puzzles locked?
Each themed pack contains three episodes. Finishing the puzzles in one episode unlocks the next. Free play and the Daily Puzzle never lock.
How does the Daily Puzzle work?
A new daily puzzle resets at midnight in your local timezone. Solve it to earn gold, build a streak, and appear on the daily leaderboard. Past dailies stay accessible in the archive — replays don't change leaderboard standings.
What about ads?
The iOS app shows occasional interstitial and rewarded video ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are always opt-in (you tap a button to watch one in exchange for a perk). You can decline the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt to receive only non-personalized ads. The web version uses Google AdSense.

Custom photo puzzles live under My Puzzles on the home screen. Uploads only sync if you're signed in — guest uploads stay on the device they were created on.
