By using Varia Jigsaw ("the game"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Varia Jigsaw is a free browser-based jigsaw puzzle game operated by Variaplay LLP. The game is provided for entertainment purposes.
You may play as a guest without creating an account. To sync progress across devices, you can sign in with Google or a magic email link. By signing in, you authorize us to store your game data in the cloud as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method (Google account or email inbox). If you lose access to your sign-in method, we may not be able to recover your account.
You may upload your own images to create custom puzzles. When playing as a guest, uploaded images stay on your device. When signed in, uploaded images are stored in your private Firebase Storage folder so your personal gallery can sync across devices. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you upload.
All puzzle images, themes, artwork, and game mechanics included in the game are owned by or licensed to Variaplay LLP. You may not redistribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or use them outside of the game.
Gold pieces are a virtual in-game currency earned through gameplay (completing puzzles, daily rewards, achievements). Gold has no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased with real money, traded, transferred, or refunded.

We reserve the right to reset progress or restrict access for accounts that violate these terms.
The game may display advertisements through third-party ad networks. Ad interactions are governed by the respective ad provider's terms and privacy policies.
The game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may update, modify, or discontinue the game — including its features, content, reward structure, or economy — at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of progress, virtual currency, or data resulting from such changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Variaplay LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including loss of data, progress, or virtual items.
Your use of the game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
